About Dr. Naomi Adler

My mission is to provide compassionate and evidence-based treatments to help you, your child, and/or your family feel better and live the life you want.  

As a caring, highly skilled, and experienced Psychologist, I provide comprehensive, psychological services to individuals throughout the lifespan. For more than 25 years, I have provided services in private practice, schools, and clinical settings, to children, adolescents, adults and all different types of family units.    

I am very proud to have educated and supervised many psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and family lawyers in training. In addition, I have provided consultation to attorneys, physicians, schools, and mental health agencies, and presented frequently to professional and community audiences.

-New York University School of Medicine;

-Cornell University Medical School;

-C.W. Post Psychology Doctoral Program;

-Hofstra University School of Law. 

Previous positions include:

-Chief Psychologist, Division of Child and Adolescent     Psychiatry, North Shore University Hospital;

-Director, Family Crisis Program, (focused on child maltreatment), NSUH;

-Psychologist-in-Charge, Families in Transition Program, (focused on high conflict divorce), NSUH; 

-Director, Student Support Services, Westchester Day School.
